Life coaching consists of having a coach/companion to help you be pro-active in all the areas you would like to maximize. Sometimes we have so many things going on in our lives, that we forget about us. The goals we once had get pushed to the side, dreams remain dreams and we feel completely burnt out. For some, we may need someone to help us sort out what it is we exactly want. For others, we may need someone to help us with balance and the list could go on.


The life coach sessions consists of the intake process, where we will dig in depth of all the areas you would like to improve in your life. Once the intake process is complete, we will begin to set up S.M.A.R.T. goals in which action plans are developed that will gradually lead you into the process of creating the life you desire. Once a goal is accomplished we can begin to create new goals or work on others you would like to complete.
