How long does the course take?
12 weeks.
Do I get lifetime access to the course material?
Yes!
What is the time commitment per week?
1.5 hours one time per week for group coaching. 45 mins one time per week for 1 on 1 coaching.
Are there any other material or equipment costs besides the enrollment cost of the course?
Yes, just a space you feel comfortable meditating in.
Do I get support, community, or 101 access to you?
You get all three. :)
How long will results take?
Results depend on the client's dedication, determination, and holding themselves accountable for all soul work, worksheets, and action steps. There is no exact time frame to see results, BUT you WILL see a major improvement within 12 weeks or less if you follow through with everything. Some may come quickly, others may take longer. It's all about the client's choice of determination and motivation.
Is this confidential?
Yes! It is so confidential people won't know you are enrolled in my program unless you give me permission to say so or you tell someone. Every client must sign a confidentiality agreement form and things discussed in the sessions will be kept private.
Is life coaching equivialent to therapy?
No! Life coaching is not equivalent to therapy. Although some emotions may be explored, if the coach feels like the client needs a more in-depth exploration, I will refer to additional support like counseling/psychotherapy. Think of a life coach as an architect to help build your future and a counselor as an archaeologist who helps you to understand the past.
What is the investment?
1500 paid in full or 1998.
What are the payment plan options?
6 bi-weekly payments of 333.
